Heritrage Routes by Motorhome
Travel guides, tips, and much moreWhat we do
We created this blog to share our adventures across many countries like Norway, Sweden, Morocco, and Egypt. Traveling in a motorhome gives us the freedom to explore at our own pace and discover hidden gems along the way.

Recent Travels
We travel for just a few weeks each year, but our motorhome is always ready to hit the road or stay in front of a fjord in the middle of a snowstorm. We’re currently discovering Scandinavia, but we’ve also recently visited the Baltic States.
Our passion for pizza
Our passion while traveling is to embark on a culinary quest for the perfect Neapolitan pizza, specifically the kind baked in a traditional wood-fired oven. We believe that this simple yet iconic Italian dish offers a true taste of a region’s culture and heritage. To share our findings, we’ve created a dedicated page on our blog, documenting the pizzas we’ve savored around the world. Our goal is to guide fellow travelers to fantastic local restaurants where they can experience this culinary delight. While there are countless ways to make pizza in a motorhome, we’ve focused on perfecting a different, equally delicious style: pan pizza, a specialty from Turin. This particular technique results in a delightful pizza with a soft, airy dough and a crispy, golden-brown bottom. It’s a fantastic way to enjoy a pizza with its own unique character, right from the comfort of our motorhome.

What we like
We enjoy quiet places in natural environments. Of all the countries we have visited, we enjoyed Norway and Italy the most, but we also had a nice trip in France. We don’t like very hot environments and we prefer staying by the sea when it isn’t very busy. We enjoy wild camping where it is allowed, but we sometimes stay in campsites, although we prefer motorhome stopovers.
