During our visit to L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Modena, we were genuinely surprised by the experience. The pizza arrived with its unmistakable size, incredibly large and impressive, just as this historic Neapolitan institution is known for. Despite its generous proportions, the quality remained excellent. The dough was soft, fragrant and perfectly baked, with that classic simplicity that allows the flavor of each ingredient to shine. The toppings were fresh and balanced, creating a pizza that was both abundant and truly delicious. It was a memorable stop, marked by both surprise and genuine enjoyment.
