During our visits to Bologna, we enjoyed discovering a city rich in history and character, shaped by its long porticoes, lively streets and warm-colored buildings. The medieval towers and the atmosphere around Piazza Maggiore created moments that were pleasant and memorable. Bologna has a vibrant spirit, with its university life, cafés and cultural energy adding movement and personality to every corner. Even with these qualities, our impression remained that Bologna does not have the same elegance and charm we experienced in Modena. While Bologna felt dynamic and interesting, Modena seemed more harmonious, refined and visually balanced. Still, exploring Bologna allowed us to appreciate its unique style, its historical depth and the lively rhythm that defines the city.
