During our travels through France, we frequently stayed in areas operated by CAMPING-CAR PARK, and they quickly became one of our preferred options for overnight stops. For camper travelers, finding a place that is reliable, easy to access, and equipped with the essential services can make a huge difference. CAMPING-CAR PARK has built a network of more than 800 motorhome areas and campsites across France and other parts of Europe, all designed specifically for motorhomes and self-contained camper vans. The sites are generally accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, making them particularly convenient for travelers who do not always know exactly where they will end their day.  What we appreciated most was the consistency. While every location is different, most areas offer the services that camper travelers need: electricity, fresh water, waste disposal facilities, recycling points, and Wi-Fi. This means that wherever we stayed within the network, we knew we could count on a certain level of comfort and convenience.  Many of the locations are situated close to town centers, beaches, lakes, tourist attractions, or beautiful natural areas. This made it easy for us to park the camper and explore on foot. We particularly enjoyed how the network often introduces travelers to smaller towns and villages that we might otherwise have passed by.  Another feature we liked was the variety of sites available. Some are traditional motorhome stopovers, while others belong to the Camping de mon Village concept, which often uses former municipal campsites. These locations can feel more like small campsites, sometimes with larger pitches and additional facilities depending on the season.  The booking system and mobile app also made traveling easier. Being able to check availability, find nearby locations, and manage access through a single platform simplified many aspects of our journey. For travelers crossing large parts of France, this convenience is particularly valuable.  Of course, not every area is identical. Some are basic overnight stopovers, while others are beautifully landscaped and located in exceptional settings. However, that variety is part of the appeal. Each stop offers something different, while still maintaining the services that camper travelers rely on. Looking back on our trip, the CAMPING-CAR PARK network gave us a sense of flexibility and security. It allowed us to travel without rigid plans, knowing that a suitable overnight stop was usually within reach. Many of our favorite overnight stays were in these areas, and they became an important part of our travel experience. For anyone planning a camper trip through France, we would strongly recommend considering the CAMPING-CAR PARK network. It combines convenience, accessibility, and a wide choice of destinations, making it one of the most practical solutions for exploring the country by motorhome.
