During our time in Modena we stopped at Pizzeria Popolare for a quick meal, curious to try their pizza. The dough itself was well made, soft and nicely baked, with the right texture that makes a pizza enjoyable from the first bite. Although the base was promising, the toppings did not fully meet our expectations. The combination of ingredients felt less balanced than we had hoped, and some flavors did not blend as smoothly with the rest of the pizza. It was a meal that had good potential thanks to the quality of the crust, but the choice and harmony of the toppings left us slightly disappointed.
